Return Policy
If you ordered a kit thru us and wish to return it, you may return it for a refund/exchange as long as the item has not been opened or started. If you purchased the item from a store, you would have to return the item to the store you purchased it from. If you find a floss shortage, please contact us immediately so we can forward the missing floss directly to you. You would be responsible for all shipping charges. We do not charge a restocking fee to our consumers.
